We chose Dusty as our Realtor to sell our house in OC when we moved out of state. Not an easy process with us not being present, but Dusty made it all go smoothly. He gave good recommendations for upgrade/repair needs and recommended contractors with bids and coordinated all the work, in our absence and staying within our budget. The best way to describe the whole process with Dusty was extraordinary.

He had worked with us from a simple phone call. He came to meet us initially and ask some basic questions. At the original time we were not pre-qualified for a loan, and Dusty asked about this with us. He helped us get into touch with the people that we needed. Although we were not pre-qualified for a loan Dusty continued to work with us and show us homes, without ANY knowledge of or if these homes were or were not within our budget.

Throughout this whole ordeal and time Dusty kept in contact with us and helped give us contacts to make this all happen. Spending his own time and effort without (at the time) expecting a sale or anything. He was honest and upfront about everything.

Flash forward a bit (about 9 months) Dusty continued to work with us, this time being pre-approved. He showed us homes and houses and pin pointed down what we wanted and liked without us telling him what we were looking for.

When we had questions regarding the permits of certain homes, instead of saying 'Yes of course this is permitted!' he gave us the truth that it probably wasn't and would never be.
